Good morning everyone! It is FRIDAY, and excitement for the weekend is in, am I right?! I am particularly excited for tomorrow as we get to visit our dearest friends and celebrate with them on their new home purchase! Being a first-time homebuyer in California can be a challenge these days, so it’s a big deal and we couldn’t be more proud of our friends. But first, I wanted to share with you some of my essential winter pieces that I took with me abroad to Europe this season. This winter has been a cold one and it’s not over just yet!

I bought this wool coat for its color and classic style. It can be worn in a more casual look with Sorel booties as above, or styled more elegantly for business/cocktail. Let’s just say I would have been doooooommmed without it. It was THAT cold this winter! I love that the color is so easily paired with black, my go-to winter color, hands down. Not to mention it pairs really well with cream colors and whites. Note, these photos were taken in my motherland, Sofia.
